Droppin Gemz Show & Night Market is a collaboration between Soultree, DJ Wenluv, & Shero Collective. We are activating the 20 Ft Bear Studios to bring together artists in the realms of Hip Hop, Poetry, R&B, Sound Healing, Ancestral Arts and Healing, Traditional & Modern Dance, Filipino Martial Arts, Cultural Food & Beverages, Herbalism, Adornments and more for a night of celebration, connection, and community built over months and years of cross cultural relationship.
A centerpiece of our show will be a community altar where all guests are invited to offer a gem or stone to represent our trust and removal of our weapons in honor of peace and genuine protection of one another.

I am excited to be vending Virgo Tea & Dark Chocolate Ice Cream (v, gf) at Sunday Jump THIS Sunday for Enligh(ten)! Our Virgo blend includes Marjoram, Roasted Fennel, Mint and Milky Oats to honor the digestive, nervous, and energy systems of our body related to the Virgo placements in our chart.
Sending a blessed 10 year anniversary to Sunday Jump and giving my thanks for their in(ten)tion of “maintaining a safe space to share stories and create genuine connections through the arts”. You have definitely done that!
Sunday Jump is the first open mic I ever performed at in Unceded Tongva Territory (LA) and debuted Not1More from the Soultree EP right after the last U.S. regime was elected in 2017.
I’ve enjoyed workshops like zine making with @paru_frances and storytelling with @jlymusic here & now I get to vend some yumminess made with so much love and intention.
Shameless plug, anyone who buys ice cream or tea will get a free link to the @gem.album virtual show next Friday!
