A uniting energy force ⚡️that spontaneously and serendipitously connects undocumented people until borders, citizenship, nations, and the criminalization of migration are completely abolished. It is a promise to this reality & and will persist until that day when it is no longer needed.

May 1 aka May Day is a special day for Laborers and Marshallese folks alike.

It is Workers’ Day or International Workers’ Day honoring workers and our labor movement. For Marshallese Community it’s our Constitution or Jemenei Day is a national holiday in the Marshall Islands to recognize our independence from United States’ colonization and to celebrate Marshallese cultures and traditions that has continued through nuclear testing and climate change. Both communities call it May Day and I’m happy to make the connection 🇲🇭💙🧡

This is my first time producing, writing, and performing a song in its entirety, so I’m very excited for you all to hear, see, and feel a new side of me as an artist and expression of sound and feels n thoughts and things.

This is also my first time receiving grant funding to produce & write a song and create music video!🙏

Thank you to the dear @bothai_ for dreaming this vision and creating this art in collaboration with visions and dreams we have been tending to for years. He’s open for touring and hire for those that want to support his graphic design and community organizing skills.

We referenced elements from our upcoming music video for the cover art and used the linglinggo a symbol of creation to honor the building of new worlds and ways of connecting & protecting. So excited to share with you what’s been in the works.
